Thing about caption contests

dance210: Just as an FYI, they already do that. Major_Rampage goes through all the captions and selects the finalists. He then makes a new thread so that we the players can vote for the winners.
People can upvote the ones the like on the submission thread, but it has no bearing on who is selected as a finalist.
