dance210: Honestly, I think that they do adress the community, or at least are quick to take responsibility when there is a mess up. Part of the problem is no matter what they say, someone will not be happy and will complain. And any comments they may make about trying to change things could (and have!) come back to bite them is the a$$ when things didn't work out.
LOL I believe most, if not all, play the game, either as players who joined the staff or staff who became players. Remember, some of the staff have personal accounts, so their company accounts may not show very many battles.
