Stuck at the log-in with "Connecting" message.

dance210: I've gotten stuck at "Connecting" a couple of times. Each time, I restarted my laptop, tried again, and connected just fine. Not sure if it will help at all, but have you tried submitting a ticket to support?? Good luck!
