churchill50: Yes, current contracts will extend to the new season. You pretty much have an indefinite amount of time to finish any referral contracts (unless WG changes something). The new season is when WG adds tanks to the reward list, and you also get 2 new contract slots so you can recruit more people even if past recruits haven't finished their contract.
