Why was Stalingrad removed from the map pool?

churchill50: I wonder the same thing. I rather enjoyed Stalingrad. The west offered good brawling opportunities, while the east allowed some space for meds and lights to work. Sure it wasn't perfect, but it was quite a bit better than several of the maps we have nowadays (Minsk, Paris, Studzianki, Fisherman's Bay, Mines and Ensk in high tiers, Highway, etc).
