You can get a good idea of what value the mark is at by paying attention to how your battle results affect the mark.Generally, the value needed to keep a mark where it is will go up steadily as you get closer to the 3-mark. So at tier 10 for instance, if you're around 90% and notice a certain amount of combined damage keeps the mark where it was before the battle, the 3-mark value is probably 300-500 damage above that value. Also keep in mind that marks take into account damage + only the higher assist value in each battle. So if you get 1,000 spotting damage and 400 tracking damage, the marks will only take into account the 1,000 spotting damage.
