rules pages, the system changes the scheduled battle time to your
local once its programmed in and scheduled.

Battles start tomorrow at 4pm PDT and continue every 15
minutes until you have played everyone in your group, then the
second group stage starts at 7pm PDT and again plays every 15
minutes until you have played all teams in your group.
