Makes sense, doesn't it?I understand that in the system set up by WG, the responsibility lies with the team captain. I just don't think it is smart business to make people not even employed by WG responsible for the success of their events.

world where the team captain, or team manager is responsible to
make decisions and pass along information to it's members and team?
Everything from coin flips at starts football games to announcing
to staff changes in a business plan at a company after a managers
meeting?
