Yoott: your arty that was 8 will become a tier 10 and be available to play
immediately ... you may have to go back to unlock the ones they
fill in behind the 10 with as it has normally worked that way but
not always.
Also note there is no extra experience because the arty is tier 10... it should be the same as grinding to any other tier 10 total wise.....
