A> have you submitted a support ticket
B> if you run any mods have you deleted them and tried again (just move the res mods folder elsewhere so you dont have to reinstall them if thats not the issue)
C>or make sure all mods are 100% up to date including things like XVM which is a huge culprit in crashing
