Yoott: My guess is and MR can correct me here if its not right but I
believe there will be a rotation per say going on where the Tcs are
varied week to week to make sure all get to play and participate.
Juniors this week is a good idea as almost everyone has the tier
3's from the CW map event still and the big tourneys last week were
all tier 3.
