Yoott: They locked the old post because it had become a useless troll
battleground and non constructive anymore..... the current new set
of times, rules and changes have been getting hashed out all day
with alot of player involvement and we have discussed and had them
go back and change even more so please lose the soapbox. As far as
I have been told it still should be out today but understand
players have been involved in the decisions.
