A> hold land..... B> pay gold and have a few hundred tier 10s
in order to even be looked at.....
players will have to have at least 4 - 5 tier X's to be viable... especially with the 100 player cap...play 4 battles in a night lose 30-40 tanks....... unless you have everyone loaded up with them... you out of commision for a few days...
