Yoott: dont worry as soon as people are done with their chinese tanks... they will be back to arty...  They were not hammered that bad.... I played my 40/43 a bit last night still hit anyone I wanted , anytime.... especially the dumb ones who still sit in the wide open and then cry that arty is OP.......

the 5 arty limit was a good thing..... that I will not disagree on... but all the cheering and happiness will be over when people get out of tier 4 Chinese tank and back into mid to high arty ranges and realize... THEY ARE STILL THERE......
