WOT will not take my money

Yoott: Nothing I have ever seen has been good about Payspan.... 90% of the threads with lost transactions ,accounts on hold due to payment.... over charges on accounts have involved payspan...... my advice use paypal... visa giftcards OR a reloadable visa card as most of those are free and offer the ability to track your balance online as you would with a real bank......
