Volier_Zcit: Hi Guys,   Just want to step in before everyone jumps into conclusion. We totally understand the frustration and confusion from your end about our Fair Play Policy. We totally appreciate all the feedback about it. I just want to let you know guys that I've notified the team about this thread so sooner or later, probably GhostPrime will make a comment about this so we can all be on the same page. Right now, we're pretty much interested in those players that has been banned. If you know these players, please tell them to submit a ticket to our Customer Support Team and if possible, can you please PM the ticket numbers to me so we can communicate with our Customer Support Team about it.   Just a reminder though, while we understand that most of you are very frustrated about the topic, still please make sure to follow our Forum Rules and avoid making unnecessary comment and off topic posts.   Thank you.   ~ Volier_Zcit
