Vallter: Unfortunately, we won't implement this feature. First of all
because these content should be moderated and we do not have enough
mechanics for that. Secondly, other players will have to download
your specific camouflage pattern to be able to see it. Now imagins
thousands of these files. It will increase client size
dramatically.

Test mean the regios (US, EU, RU, SEA) basing on server from which
accounts data was copied. It's done to avoid cases of equal
nicknames.
