in the game.Vallter: Ammorack has an amount of HP. When HP will be on 0, Ammo rack
explodes. Depending on where and how you shoot, amount of damage
deal to Ammo Rack may differ. Moreover, each tank as it's own
dofferent ammorack. And each has it's own smalller or bigger chance
to blow one on the first hit (like engine has small change to get
on fire).
