Radial menu coming in 8.0

Vallter: Allow me to begin sharing bit by bit some of our UI features that we plan to introduce in 8.0.
The first one would be "radial command menu".
Concept extract:
Call radial command menu in battle interface upon hitting and holding a respective key ("Z" by default).
The menu is context and changes segment value depending on who a player is currently aiming at.
Menu segment (petal) is chosen by mouse movement and a command is issued upon release of "Z" key (command text and target nickname are send to team channel, if necessary).
Issuing a command is duplicated by hitting a hot key (without revealing the radial menu).

Of course, one should understand, that design and performance are still subject to change depending on test results.
