x2 crew training is enabled because of the special. So your commander receives: (2000 + 2000) = 4000 XP
The rest of the crew, besides the radio operator, receive: (2000 + 2000+ [Mentor]) = 4000 + (4000 x (Z/100)) = 4000 + 40Z
The radio operator also receives bonus from 'Accelerate crew training'. The result for him will be: (2000 + 2000+ [Mentor])x2 = (4000 + (4000 x (Z/100))x2 = 8000 + 80Z
We won't disclose Z multiplier -)

Normally you receive X credits.
If you have premium account, you receive 1,5X
During the special on some vehicles you receive 2X
And if you have Premium you will receive 3X on this vehicles.
