What I am trying to tell you is that WG as a whole needs to be the proactive side of this relationship. They should be as ahead of the problem as possible. I don't see that happening. 12 hrs for an official announcement to appear in the News is an enternity. As soon as the glitch was noticed/confirmed there should have been a News item so that the players don't have to "wonder" what is going on.
and to having to talk to the design team about it... that means that anything that happens out of the ordinary is going to lag for several hours since when it primetime here they are just starting to wake up.
