Replays in 7.0! They didn't say anything about that!

They may be supposed to be on a later patch as with the Horns. Who knows, if the replay works well, may go on 7.0
Vallter: The feature is not finished yet. We've added only the first part.
That's why it has not been announced. Also for now it has some
issues still. If we manage to fix them, 'replays' will enter 7.0.
If not, they will be scheduled for future updates.
