now MM makes battles in this way (this is an example of mechanics
and not certain numbers for MM):
We have 1 T3 tank, 4 T4 Tanks, and 4T5 tanks. The MM will balance T4 + T3 battle, than balance the rest of T4 tanks with T5 tanks. This means, that you are the one of the players with T4 tank, you will receive 25% chance to enter a battle against T3 tank and 75% possibility to play against Tier 5 tanks.
New system will make T4 be to enter a T3 or T5 battle with a chance approximately 50:50
