Hacking

Vallter: Now there are only two 'hacks' of WoT. Coloured tracers (that allow you to CB on Artillery with great effectiveness) and removable shaking effect.
The first thing won't be possible adter the patch
The second will be added as a feature in the game settings. (a temporary solution before reworking of physics)
