Trevzor: Here's the deal, I have locked this thread because as it was
pointed out, these people are players, not support staff and
certainly not devs. Threads of this type do nothing for the
community and can do nothing to help you. Now, I have looked
ever so briefly at your ticket and your issue. The purchases
that were made and subsequently had charged back were made
from your account and your IP address. As this is the case, Melinda
has responded appropriately informing you that you will need to
contact Playspan to work your issue out as well as giving you the
steps to do so. Your account was banned due to the charge
backs being initiated and the only way to resolve the issue is
through Playspan. Melinda Colly is not her real name, nor is
Roberto Dinero his real name. We are, however, real people giving
you real answers. In the future, please do not attempt to
incite unrest on the forums. It doesn't help anyone nor does it get
your charge back resolved quicker. Please continue to follow
through with the steps that we provide in your ticket as these are
the only way to get your issue resolved. Thank you.
