I hate to be rude, but this isn't something that should take anywhere near this long. This type of customer service is both unacceptable and appalling. I would really like it if someone would just get this taken care of already.
The payment is confirmed -- it has gone through and been verified. Stop bullshitting around please and unlock the account already. This really isn't a way to treat a consumer who's spent over $3,000 on this game. I'm extremely shocked at the way this is being handled.

Playspan regarding the status of your chargeback. Regardless of
whether or not we have received a screenshot from you, we are
required to verify the successful resolution of said chargeback
with our billing partner before we can remove the restriction
placed on your account. Furthermore, our last response to
you was made yesterday, not three days ago. We are just as
interested at getting you back in the game as you are.
