my initial idea would be that you have some out of date mods (this
issue happened to me multiple times before I was an employee.)
The other possibility is that you may have a corrupted
download. Run the launcher via a shortcut that has a target at
the end of which you add -integrity. If this doesn't work,
definitely send in a ticket to Support.
