For teh full 3 years that this game has been live there have
been continuing connection issues, all of which lie directly with
Telia.Trevzor: Hey there, I did a quick look through your ticket history
and can see that the last communication you have sent us regarding
any connection issues was before the infrastructure and IP change.
Unfortunately, that information is now irrelevant. This is
the reason I had removed the other threads regarding connection
issues. I can not gather adequate data for connection related
issues via the forums. If you are continuing to experience
connection problems, please do submit us a new ticket so that we
can begin tracking your issue fresh, as opposed to in a ticket that
is spanning all the way back to November. Clean, clear, and
concise information is the only information I can use to escalate
any connection issues. Telia bashing is fun, I am sure, but
not very helpful.
