Honestly it is up to the streamer themselves, but you won't gain
followers if you make it followers only win. You'll get some
temporary followers just for giveaways and they will leave.
JakeTheMystic Now this is pretty neat, too bad I'm never going to have more than 1-2 viewers in my streams... Oh well, I'll be giving it a shot.
