The_Chieftain: This one? I'm not seeing it. Real M1s have a weld about a fifth the way back from the front, it shows more or less the thickness of the front armor module, nearly two feet as I recall. Using the Vermont tank as an example...However, the slope of the plates are the same, there's no 'angle' to it. The only M1 variant I can think of which does is the M1 TTB, which had to have the entire front hull reconfigured to fit the three-man crew.
