Did all that, tried Through ID.me, didn't work either. I am not going to get USAA. I was a Title 32 AGR from 86-03 I don't have enough active duty days to make a 181 continuous day period of Title 10 time served. I am eligible and receive VA benefits, same as my Title 10 counterparts. 180 days continuous active duty days served qualifies a person for Title 10 benefits. As of this date I don't have access.
Quote To be honest as I read what required documents I had to show I knew that i did not have them so I stopped there. I mean why push forward then you know you don't have the right stuff.I DO have my military personal file. (Most of it from what I can see) I DID go through boot camp at Ft.Lenardwood as well as AIT there too. I did complete my enlistment term. I went many places in my service. Belize (Building a school for the children in the deep jungle for 3 weeks), Ft.Hood, Ft.Sam Huston(Going to Belize), Texas A&M (Almost 2 months of heavy equipment hands on stick time training. All of it I volunteered for to learn to be better at my job) and Ft,Irwin. And I DO have my honorable discharge papers from when I was discharged. But I was never active....If you want I can try to apply but from what I'm reading I strongly don't think that I will meet their requirements. I understand that life is not fair at times and this might be one of those times. Again. If so it is what it is...

The_Chieftain: Do you perchance have an ID.me ticket number or
some such from email correspondence with them that we
can point our contacts there towards?

The_Chieftain: If you have the file, then I don't see why you can't use
the 'upload documentation' option. I think it's worth
following through. Can you message me the email address you
are using for ID.me as you go through the process? That way we can
have our ID.me contacts keep track of things
on their end at the same time. You are obviously not the only
person in this situation, but since you are identified, you may as
well be the test subject to see if we can break the blocker and get
everyone eligible into the system.
