The_Chieftain: Yes, I believe I have.   Shapeshifter, for what it's worth, the spec sheet for T28 dated 12AUG47 states "12 inch mantle provided"   I'm not sure why, but they felt that for the acceleration tests of T95/T28, it was important to note the wind velocity. (4-13mph)
