Put a full load out against a Wyoming and hit him with a

engage in a gun duel with an Atlanta at the same or higher tier,
you know it's insane. I found that Dzerki's torps just
didn't have the punch commensurate with the risk taken to get that
close. By the time you get to tier 7, 4Km just isn't dependable.
