The Luchs sounds like a typewriter to me, but I have no idea

are fantastic. People have this misconception about what a tank gun
is supposed to sound like, they like big booms. In actuality, it's
a crack. Think of it like the difference between lightning hitting
100 yards away and two miles from you. There's no rumble, no bass,
per se. Just a single blast, which overpressures you quickly, and
it's done.
