The_Chieftain:   I don't know what the logic is behing all-strike loadouts, but the effective gist of it is that it's very hard to completely shut one down. Usually, -something- will get through. They become quite viable at the higher tiers, when you have sufficient reserves in your hangar capacity to do three alpha strikes even if you lose every single airplane you put up every time. I tend to split the difference, my Essex loadout is the 1-1-3 right now. (Viable, since they've increased the DB effect)
