The_Chieftain: Considered as in I know it has been talked about because I was tangentially part of the discussion. I am not, however, privy to the decisions. Or if I am, I'm not allowed to tell you.   DC is actually one of the most frequent areas I host them. I tend to rotate every time I'm at the National Archives. North side twice (Near College Park), south side (Northern Virginia twice, and Richmond), Baltimore are twice.
