WG customer relations

The_Chieftain: OK, I've received ISS's PM, and looked into it. The following is the gist of my reply to the two issues, one a thread which was locked about a month after it was started, the other the list of alt-accounts.   --------------------   The "XXX XXXX" thread. I'm not sure I see the problem. I'm not sure when the individual posts were moderated, but we try to go for the low-impact method before locking whole threads unless the thread just isn't salvageable. However, it was relooked as a result of (Ticket number) -283-6651, and was closed within 24 hours of that ticket being submitted.   With respect to (Ticket number)-764-17629, only one of those accounts is affiliated with our office, that's KMaus, and it's publicly associated with WGA. I'm unsure why you think [Redacted] is the same person, that IP address traces back to North Carolina, and he/she has quite the moderation history. It's a similar story with the others. For example, [Redacted]'s in the Netherlands. (Information both publicly stated, and which matches the IP address). Indeed, the only thing in that list which attracted our attention are the two [Redacted]s, which both trace back to Brazil and we're doing a bit of digging to determine if they're alts or relatives.
