What exactly is a T95E2?

The_Chieftain: In practical terms, for a Tier VIII, it's not very nimble, but does have a great top speed when it finally reaches it, the turret is exactly the same as the Tier X M48, which means that for a Tier VIII, it's quite tough, but the gun is an utterly anemic 90mm, which is not Tier VIII material at all. Overall, it's more an XP pinata than anything else, but it can prove useful in certain circumstances.
