Seems like a pretty big hole exists in the British guns that forces heavy and TD's in the T7-8 area to deal with pretty sub-par alpha damage because it's either 20 pounder or L7 and it doesn't look like WG wants to put the L7 at anything below T9 which is understandable considering it's penetration.   I haven't been able to find anything besides the 32 pounder but in the game it's more or less a side grade of the 20 pounder with marginally more alpha and marginally lower penetration.
