Springtime for T110 and the Americas

The_Chieftain:   When set up in a lager, the tanks use the wire system instead of the radios to communicate with each other. Nothing to intercept/triangulate upon, and it means that the lads can talk freely about anything from the chow hall to giving operations orders without having to translate into code. The US does the same thing. Indeed, wire reels are still (well, as of a couple of years ago anyway, last time I did a unit inventory) on the MTOE for US Army mech/armor units. Though we never used the things.   I vastly prefer the British adverts. They advertise things like people shooting and blowing things up. I can't really recall the last time I saw a trigger pulled in a US Army advert.   I do like this Royal Marines one.
