assault vehicle" (I'm guessing they didn't fork out for run flats
on the armored car). When the police backed off, the raiders took
the opportunity to set up an ambush. In the end the police shot
them anyway, hostages or no, as it seemed that people were going to
die anyway. One hostage killed (she was taken from her 12 year old
daughter at the bank) two off the three raiders.
