Should Wargaming consult players on features before sending to the Sandbox?

TeriyakiTanker: Mostly no, just look at these forums and you can see that everyone has a different opinion and a lot, if not most, are biased towards their own wants and desires.  At most they could consider asking a small group of players to test things ahead of time but considering that’s the purpose of the Sandbox I’m not even sure that’s necessary.
