Give bad players a break

MAYBE 75 m away in the open. I fire 4 FULLY AIMED CLOSED RETICLE SHOTS.   The first one goes high and right the second one hits DEAD ON where I'm aimed, the 3rd goes into the dirt in front of the Defender and even Jesus doesn't know where that 4th shot went, it just ghosted away. I guess it hit a gnat between my muzzle and the enemy tank and disappeared.   So how do I choose to get better? How more fully aimed than a completely closed reticle is there? The crews DON'T train to more than 100 percent although you can (and I do) enhance that with consumables and equipment, so how do I get my crews more *trained* than completely so they won't miss 3 out of 4 close up unimpeded shots?     Or do YOU mean we need to download some skill from WARPACK so all our shots hit and RNG does NOT nerf or buff EVERY shot.   There IS no skill to this game, only RNG. If you are on the good list, you get good RNG, if you are NOT, then you are cannon fodder for the chosen. There isn't a lick of skill required, just the same basic computer movement skills needed for any shooter game, RNG made sure of that..

TeriyakiTanker: This game is not a simple shooter, a lot of the skill lies in putting yourself in situations where bad RNG doesn't ruin your chance to effect the outcome of the game.  And yes sometimes RNG still screws you over. If the situation you described is actually true it sounds like you might be playing on a crappy computer with a bad internet connection, that can really be a problem.
