I’m on board with your stance, but it could be argued that you won’t have redundant crews. The ability to drive 3 tanks is a bonus, so you could just leave the crews where they are. I would prefer to break weaker crews down into xp to spend on buffing my better ones, but that falls outside of properly compensating is for time invested in training the crews we have.
I’m looking to the option of retraining crews to specialize in different play types and builds within tank lines.
TeriyakiTanker: Yeah, there are options. I am probably going to have a good
number of redundant crews and I might do what you are
suggesting. It also might save gold to not have every crew
trained for 3 tanks. Once they come out with a more definite
plan I will have a much better idea what to do. There is also
always the possibility of splitting up good crews into little
crappy low tier crews and getting more good crews out of them.
