Crew 2 What Can We Do With Crews We No Longer Need?

TeriyakiTanker: I am going to have multiple 2 and three skill crews that will not have a home after I train all my crews to work in three different tanks.  What am I going to be able to do with all these guys?  Really hoping WG comes up with a way to convert unneeded and unwanted crews to experience!  Anyone else have any suggestions?
