handling after level 75 until you realize all it does is replace
the 10% crew skill commander bonus that they took away from
you...... yeah thats super fun. Ohhh wait only a moron would
think grinding a ridiculously large amount of crew experience to
get something that was taken away from you is fun or makes sense in
any way.
