TeriyakiTanker: No duh, but we still have an idea of what it will mean and a
few things are certain at this point 1. Crews are
not as good as they used to be2. It takes a lot of experience
to move up the skills at the higher levels.... at skill 60 I was
only able to add 1 skill point for EVERY 2 million silver skill
book I bought. That is crazy, 250k exp to increase 1 skill
point.3. Long time players who invested a lot of time,
effort, and maybe money are getting screwed4. Instructors are
cool but the skills they add to are random which is really
dumb It isn't all bad though1. Free sixth sense is a
nice idea2. Multiple tanks per crew is nice even if a bit
pricey3. It is nice to see all the skills laid out on one
screen, no more scrolling, and you can see the effects of your
choices on the tanks stats before you decide on what you
want4. Instructors add 10% to crew exp, so you can get up to
+40% crew exp with a full set of instructors, very nice. Like
I have said before, there is a kernel of a good idea here but right
now it isn't implemented well enough. They really need to
change some stuff1. Zero skill BiA crews need to have that
first free skill counted as if it was actually the first
skill2. You really need to be able to pick your instructors
bonuses yourself. Sort of sucks that you can end up with a
couple points in a skill you don't want.3. I think the skill
point cap should be 20-30 points higher than what you get now.
