I enjoy simply playing the game. Can we all agree there are
some conventional expectations on where certain types of tanks
"should go" for each map. I'm all for experimenting, but it totally
screws your team if you are out skylarking on the wrong side of the
map or on the wrong route. Yes, yes, there is no right way to
play and we can all go wherever we want, but come'on! How about
telling everyone beforehand that you are going out on your
own. For example, everyone knows that the heavy tanks go to
the downed Zeppelin and battle it out in that area of the
map. If you and a buddy take your heavies' off to some other
section, the other heavies get overwhelmed. Am I wrong to be
annoyed by this? I'm not talking about getting tracked, or
arty'ed to death, bad driving or getting caught in the open, I mean
totally messing up the flow of the map because you want to go a
different way. Thoughts?TeriyakiTanker:
I actually disagree with you, specifically on Redshire heavies can do very well going to the castle and I have seen heavies play the mud ridge well too. On most maps there are more than one place where tank classes can go and going somewhere you are not expected can be very advantageous. Dont get me wrong, there are places that tanks shouldn’t go but I feel like you are being overly rigid in your thinking.
