What games? Post up some DATA to support this assertion that "everyone has an average win rate." Additionally, there are MANY other relevant statistics aside from winrate. In a PvP game, with randomized match making yet allowing platoons, winrate is probably the least accurate INDIVIDUAL skill metric available. Additionally individual skill, when measured in a random team environment, is highly subjective.
