Are there any alternatives to 5 strikes and permanent bans?

Admit it, you just want your fewlings protected."   It's not just the reports.....those take a long time to do anything, if ever.  It's when people take the time to take screenshots and/or replays and attach them to tickets.....that takes much more time to do, but it's what gets things done. I admit to being tired of hearing trash spew their racism and bigotry/homophobia yes, so I screenshot it and attach it to a ticket.  Can get it done before the next countdown begins usually.    "Get it right. "   I'm not a parent....so I don't have anyone's chat to turn off, but I do understand and respect that OTHER people's CHILDREN are playing this game and shouldn't have to have that experience.  Especially given that EVERY SINGLE PLAYER clicks "I agree" after every update agreeing that they won't do that. I help others children/young people in this regard, I AM TAKING PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY by not being lazy and just allowing trash to spew their hateful nonsense in the game.  I take the time to make screenshots and attach them and/or replays to tickets. If people can't grow up and learn to not do it, you know, act like an mature adult with self-control, then they will get chat banned, that simple.  Again, not a parent and been retired for what 5, 6 years now, try again......   Edit:  THIS IS NOT GTA V......GTA V is 18+, this game is 12+....big difference.  Players need to learn it and get used to it or get suspended or banned.  They get more than enough warnings to learn from.
